Jorge Luna

Jorge Luna is Policy Wisdom’s co-founder and Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the development of online tools. He completed his bachelor’s degree in computer science at Florida International University. For a period of ten years, he worked at Prudential Insurance Company, performing various roles of increasing responsibility, the last one being senior programming analyst. He then established his consulting practice in the field of computer programming. As a free-lance consultant, he performed multiple projects within a broad range of industries. The projects ranged in scope and complexity, from uncomplicated programs to extensive IT databases and data mining. In various projects, he led teams of programmers to achieve specific project goals. He worked on a project for Norwegian Cruise Line, maintaining and updating the reservation and reporting system. He is knowledgeable in numerous programming languages such as .Net, C-Sharp, MS Silverlight, MS SQL Server, and Oracle databases.

At Policy Wisdom, Jorge is responsible for managing all financial and IT aspects of the operation. He creates and supervises all the systems to manage the company’s accounting and communications operations. He also oversees the optimum functionality of the IT system to ensure connectivity of all consultants and business continuity of this virtual company. Jorge is responsible for the development of various Policy Wisdom online tools, including PW Vast, MapWise, PW Outcome Tracker and WiseScenes. He is fluent in English and Spanish and divides his time between Miami, Florida and La Luisa, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
