Lucila P. Vignoli

Lucila Vignoli is Policy Wisdom’s Global Executive Director, with responsibility to overlook client and project management worldwide, secure new business opportunities, company development and business continuity. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Buenos Aires with a specialization in administration and public policy, and a Juris Doctor from the same university.

During her higher education years, Ms. Vignoli was engaged in several projects that required research, monitoring, interviewing and analysis of decision-making processes, to identify the best strategies to advance social development and shape policies. She is experienced in analysis, development, and writing of public health policies, health science and services research, medical and health policy writing, among others.

Lucila has worked in Policy Wisdom since it was established in 2011, working on multiple projects on a broad variety of health policy topics, including pricing and reimbursement policies, medicines and biosimilars regulations, immunization programs, nutrition, and policies related to the management of communicable and non-communicable diseases. She is experienced on the analysis of political dynamics during the health policy development, on the development of a company’s strategy, and in strengthening skills and strategic planning efforts. Ms. Vignoli supports organizations in identifying linkages and strategic opportunities to influence public health policies and improve access of its products in both the private and public sector. She is a seasoned presenter and facilitator for capacity building trainings, strategic planning sessions and policy advisory boards.

In her current role, Lucila is responsible for overseeing client and project management worldwide and ensuring ongoing quality and sound company deliverables. She also focuses on strengthening team skills and leadership, and on business development, including improvement of methodologies and tools and developing new areas of work. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French, and is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
