Tram Hoang

Tram Hoang is a seasoned professional in housing policy and advocacy, currently serving as a Senior Associate for Housing at PolicyLink since July 2022. Tram has previously held significant roles such as Director of Policy & Research at the Housing Justice Center and Campaign Manager for the Keep St. Paul Home Rent Stabilization Campaign at TakeAction Minnesota. Experience includes serving as a Policy Advocate and Board Member at The Alliance for Metropolitan Stability, where Tram focused on racial, economic, and environmental justice. Additionally, Tram has contributed to community development efforts as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Saint Paul, and has interned in various capacities related to housing policy and development in both Minneapolis and community organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oregon State University.
