Tang Siew Wai 邓少伟

Tang Siew Wai (邓少伟) has an extensive work experience in the technology and insurance industries. Tang Siew Wai began their career in 2001 as a Software Engineer at Maxis Communications Bhd, where they worked on Business Intelligence and Enterprise Data Warehouse. In 2005, they moved to Huawei, where they held various roles, including Regional Marketing Director for the South Pacific Region, Head of Network Terminals & Devices for Malaysia & Brunei, and Product Manager for Network Terminals and Mobile Devices. In 2013, they became the Country Head for Reebonz Pte Ltd, and in 2015, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of ModeFair. In 2018, they became Country Head for Carousell Malaysia, and in 2021, they were appointed Head of General Classifieds for Mudah.my. Currently, they are the Chief Digital Officer at PolicyStreet, where they are responsible for spearheading the growth and expansion of the company, with a focus on strengthening its market position, forging strategic alliances, and driving growth initiatives.

Tang Siew Wai (邓少伟) began their education in 1993 at Bukit Bintang Boys' Secondary School, where they earned their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia in 1997. Tang Siew Wai then attended INTI International University & Colleges to obtain a Higher Diploma in Business Information Technology, which they completed in 2000. Tang Siew Wai is currently studying at Coventry University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Information Technology.
