Seren Kaya is the Founder and CEO of Pilatx Studios GmbH, established in September 2024, with a mission to transform the fitness industry through a community-centric approach to Reformer Pilates. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for MHP – A Porsche Company since July 2022, Seren specializes in Engineering Performance & Innovation Management, focusing on Cyber Security, Compliance, and Data Privacy. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Project Leader for Audiovisual Media at Bayerisches Staatsministerium für Digitales, where responsibilities included international film policy and supporting Bavaria's gaming and virtual reality sector. Seren has also served as Team Leader for Project Development Digitalization at Regierung Von Oberbayern and held various positions in IT governance and project management at BayernLB, BMW Group, and ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. Education includes a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Hochschule für angewandtes Management.
