Marcello Taffurelli

Marcello Taffurelli is an experienced Program Manager at POLIFILM, with a strong background in operations and process engineering. Previously, Marcello held various roles at Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials, including Department Leader, where responsibilities included managing the transfer and integration of the label production department from Germany to Belgium. This role involved setting up operational organizations and implementing logistics and management standards. Marcello also served as a Process Engineer, focused on OEE stabilization for slitting assets in the automotive market, and contributed to Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Earlier experiences include production coordination at GAPE DUE S.P.A. and optimization projects at Brembo SGL Carbon Ceramic Brakes. Marcello holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has been an exchange student at Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
