Misael García has extensive work experience, starting in 2012 as a Call Center Coordinator at Consorcio Juridico de Cobranza Especializada, followed by founding Fashion Town in 2013. In 2014, they became a Customer Service Manager at Easy Taxi, where they increased the satisfaction rate from 65% to 95%. In 2016, they were the Customer Service Manager at PSafe Tecnologia S/A, responsible for Mexico and Spanish-speaking users around Latam. In 2017, they were the Head of Customer Satisfaction at Osom Mexico, where they achieved a customer satisfaction rate of 93%. In 2018, they became the Safety Operations Manager at DiDi, where they were responsible for designing the methodology and strategy for Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Chile from scratch. Finally, in 2020, they became the Head of Customer Experience (MX, CL, PE & CO) at Poliglota.
Misael García completed a Licenciatura in Administration from Universidad Mexicana, S.C. between 2003 and 2007.
