Mónica Nallely García Díaz

Mónica Nallely García Díaz has been working in the field of administration and language services since 2018. Mónica Nallely started their career at Berlitz México as a Branch Manager, where they were responsible for the proper functioning of the branch and coordinating processes to ensure customer satisfaction. In 2019, they joined Poliglota (YC W21) as an Administration Specialist and Key Account Manager, providing professional advice to current and potential customers in language training for companies. Mónica Nallely also identified customer needs, designed tailored service proposals, and provided follow-up and service to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction. Additionally, they served as an Language Advisor.
