Kim Scerbinski is currently a Design Lead at Polimorphic. Prior to that, they were a UX Designer at eko from January 2022 to February 2022. There, they focused on UX design and website optimization with a focus on community building and Inclusive Design principles. From October 2021 to January 2022, they were a Product Designer at Pride Places. There, they developed digital solutions focused on building community and generating awareness for LGBTQ+ networking organization. Kim has also worked as a Senior Fashion Designer, Sleepwear, Lounge and Intimates at FULLBEAUTY Brands from August 2016 to October 2020. There, they created product concepts for multi-million dollar catalog and e-commerce website. Kim planned product roadmap based on sales data, market research, customer needs and trend forecasts to successfully identify areas of opportunity and grow profitable programs.
Kim Scerbinski has a certificate in UX design from Designlab, an associate's degree in applied science in fashion design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and a semester abroad program in fashion design from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. Kim also has certifications from the Interaction Design Foundation in user research- methods and practices, UI design patterns for successful software, human computer interaction-HCI, and design thinking: the beginner's guide.
