Kemal Ozan

Kemal Ozan is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Polinas since January 2018, overseeing HR, ISG, and quality processes for Polinas and its associated companies. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Yıldız Holding, where responsibilities involved leading HR functions in the Out-of-Home Consumption sector, and as Human Resources Manager for both Out-of-Home Consumption and Special Products within Yıldız Holding. Kemal began career as an HR Executive at Ulker, gaining expertise in recruitment, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, budget management, industrial relations, performance and career management, training design, HR system development, worker safety, payroll, and KPI establishment.
