Mateusz Zelek

Mateusz Zelek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the air navigation and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy CTO for Development at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency since 2020, Mateusz oversees over 40 projects with a significant budget across various domains including ATM, UTM, CNS, and ICT. Previous roles include Head of R&D Center at PANSA, where Mateusz managed multiple R&D projects under the SESAR 3 programme and led the development of a high-traffic UTM system. As a Business Development Manager at KEY and GRINN, Mateusz successfully established strategies for customer acquisition in the automotive and aviation sectors. Additional experience includes positions in business development and R&D engineering in various technology-focused companies. Mateusz holds a Master of Engineering and an Engineer's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Automation from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
