Monika Sekita

Monika Sekita is an experienced professional in the field of human factors and training within the aviation sector. Currently serving as an Ekspert ds. Human Factors and Krajowy Koordynator szkoleń Team Resource Management at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency since July 2022, Monika previously held various roles at the same agency from 1998 to 2021, including Training and Personnel Development Specialist and Team Resource Management Facilitator. Additionally, Monika worked as a Trainer at Polkomtel Sp. z o. o. from September 2021 to July 2022. Monika holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
