Rafał Jaros has extensive experience in both academic and consulting environments. Currently serving as an Assistant at Uniwersytet Łódzki since September 2007, Rafał also holds the position of Manager at 7m consulting, starting in the same month and year. Prior to these roles, Rafał was an Advisor at ARKANA.PL from December 2004 to August 2007. Rafał holds a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Lodz and completed studies at XV LO.
