Robert Rybski

Robert Rybski serves as the Head of the "Sustainable Finance - Postgraduate Studies" program and an Assistant Professor of Law at Uniwersytet Warszawski since February 2019, where responsibilities include research and mandatory teaching. Additionally, Robert holds the position of City of London Mansion House Scholar with the Mansion House Scholarship Scheme since August 2022, which facilitated participation in the "Sustainable Finance Executive Programme" at the University of Oxford. As a Chief Specialist at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority since May 2015, Robert focuses on the supervision of the Polish Power Exchange. Prior experience includes serving as a Climate & Energy Lawyer for ClientEarth from September 2012 to April 2015, where work involved EU climate and energy policy advocacy. Robert's educational qualifications include a PhD in Law from the University of Warsaw and an LL.M. from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, among other specialized programs.
