Kalina Kabat

Kalina Kabat is an experienced professional in the field of humanitarian action and capacity building, currently serving as the Capacity Building Coordinator at Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) since August 2022. In this role, Kalina hosts the Knowledge Management Strategy Initiative, builds relationships with partner organizations and iNGOs, and increases PAH's visibility among specialists in capacity-building and learning. Previously, Kalina was a Junior Social Media Specialist and project assistant at Cosmos for Girls Foundation, focusing on social media content management and stakeholder relationships. Kalina has also held various positions at PAH, including Coordinator of Global and Humanitarian Education Projects, where responsibilities included project management, educational program development, and organizing workshops. Kalina's educational background includes multiple humanitarian action degrees from well-regarded institutions, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a current postgraduate degree in Gender Studies.
