Elizabeth Badger is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in immigration law and advocacy. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at the PAIR Project since January 2019, Elizabeth previously held the same position at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) from 2014 to January 2019. Elizabeth's career also includes roles as a Staff Attorney at Lutheran Social Services of New England and as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Boston University School of Law, where Elizabeth contributed to the Civil Litigation Program. Elizabeth began the legal career as an Immigration Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and has held positions as Robert J. Hildreth Fellow/Staff Attorney at the Political Asylum Immigration Representation Project and as a Policy Associate at the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute. Elizabeth Badger earned a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
