Ramkumar Shankaranarayanan

Ramkumar Shankaranarayanan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at PDI since March 2022, Ramkumar oversees the development and maintenance of the OutreachCircle and Calltime products. Previously, as Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at OutreachCircle, Ramkumar built and mentored engineering teams, implemented best engineering practices, and facilitated strategic planning. With a background that includes roles at Amazon, Limberlink Technologies, Yahoo!, and Strand Life Sciences, Ramkumar has consistently focused on mentoring, technical direction, and driving innovation across various projects. Ramkumar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master's degree in Physics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus.
