Elisa Serafini

Elisa Serafini has a diverse work experience in journalism, public affairs, communications, and corporate strategy. Elisa started their career in 2013 as a journalist specializing in politics, economics, business, and foreign affairs. Elisa has worked for various media outlets including Forbes Italy, Quotidiano Nazionale, TPI, I24News, India Today, Linkiesta, La7, and Rai2. In this role, they have also been a television contributor and commentator on multiple programs.

In 2018, Elisa joined Forbes Italia as a business journalist. Elisa also worked as the Head of Public Affairs for Glovo in Italy in 2021, where they built projects with key stakeholders, developed strategies for rider contracts, managed corporate communication and PR, and advised the business on policy directions.

Elisa has also been involved in political fundraising as the Co-Founder of Politically, the first online fundraising platform for political activity with a focus on transparency and innovation. Elisa managed the corporate strategy, developed relations with political parties and partners, and handled investor relations.

In terms of corporate experience, Elisa worked as a Technical Writer and Ghostwriter for multiple media and companies starting in 2022. Elisa used their corporate, academic, and media experience to make financial and business concepts accessible through books, podcast scripts, and Youtube scripts.

Elisa has also held positions at various organizations including Istituto Bruno Leoni as a Communications Manager, Comune di Genova as an Elected Deputy Mayor for City Marketing and Culture, and House&Loft as a Corporate Strategy, CSR, and Real Estate Marketing Manager. At House&Loft, they also served as the Corporate Communications and CSR Manager, launching and developing a digital media strategy and organizing annual events.

Prior to their roles in journalism and public affairs, Elisa worked at Uber as a Marketing Manager and Lead of the Corporate Social Responsibility local program.
