Josh Gerstein

Josh Gerstein is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in legal and political reporting. Since January 2009, Josh has been serving as a Senior Legal Affairs Reporter and Contributor at POLITICO, after previously holding positions as a National Reporter at The New York Sun from January 2004 to September 2008. Earlier in Josh's career, tenure at ABC News from January 1995 to July 2003 included roles as White House Correspondent and Beijing Correspondent, as well as covering the presidential campaign of Senator Bob Dole. Josh began in the field as a Researcher and Associate Producer in the Special Assignment Unit at CNN from September 1991 to December 1994, ultimately rising to the role of Investigative Reporter/Producer.
