Nicole Adams has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nicole started their career at United Way Centraide Canada, where they co-founded and chaired the Embassy of Canada's United Way Fashion Soirée. In this role, they created and developed the event and its branding strategy, leading a team in its execution and establishing partnerships with designers and sponsors.
Nicole then joined the Embassy of Canada - Washington, DC, where they held two roles. Nicole started as a Manager in 2016 and progressed to become a Director in 2017, a Managing Director in 2019, and eventually the Head of Commercial Strategy in 2021. In their current role as Executive Director, Commercial Strategy & Operations, their responsibilities include overseeing commercial strategy and operations.
