Sebastian R.

Sebastian R. currently serves as the Head of the Office for Digital Police at Polizei Hamburg, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Sebastian R. worked at KPMG as a Senior Associate in Cyber Security from March 2023 to October 2023. Prior to this, Sebastian R. was a Criminal Investigator at Polizei Hamburg from August 2013 to March 2023 and also held positions as a student assistant at the Chair of Digital Forensics and Cybercrime during this time. Sebastian R. began the policing career as a Police Officer after completing training at the Academy of Police Hamburg from August 2013 to February 2016. In terms of education, Sebastian R. is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and IT Security at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, expected to graduate in April 2027, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Police Sciences from Hochschule der Akademie der Polizei Hamburg, completed in April 2021.
