Martha Lerma

Martha Lerma has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Martha began their career as an HR Assistant at Premier Fulfillment Inc. in 2011. From there, they progressed to roles such as Senior Recruiter Assistant Manager at Corporate Resource and Senior Recruiter at OnTrack Staffing. In 2016, they joined PDQ Temporaries, Inc. as a Skilled Trades Recruiter, where they stayed until 2019. Martha then worked as a Staffing Specialist at Hire Dynamics from 2020 to 2021 before becoming a Staffing Recruiter at InStaff. In 2022, Martha Lerma joined Southland Holdings LLC as a Corporate Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruiting various skilled roles in the construction industry.
