Joe Genova

Joe Genova has extensive experience in the education sector and business management, currently serving as the Human Resources Coordinator of Academic Staffing for the Toronto Catholic District School Board since September 1993. Joe has held various leadership roles within the school board, including School Principal and Vice Principal, while also teaching Business, Economics, Computer Science, and Physical & Health Education. In addition, Joe is the President of ACS Nova Holdings Inc., focusing on business growth strategies. Joe operated as an Academic Consultant for private school ventures across Ontario, providing expertise in curriculum planning and regulatory compliance. Previous business experience includes being a Franchise Owner at Pizza Nova. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Studies from York University and both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education from Canisius University.
