Beata Sawicka is an experienced IT Program Manager at Polkomtel Sp. z o. o. since February 2014, overseeing business support, architecture, and IT projects. Previously, Beata held the position of IT Project Manager in the Telco Corporate Projects Department. Beata's career includes significant roles at Sygma Bank, where involvement in the RiskEngine project involved collaboration with the Credit Risk Department and external suppliers, and at Citi, serving as IT Project Manager and release manager from 1997 to 2010, with additional responsibilities in operations and customer service management. Earlier experience includes roles at Bank Pekao, BRE Bank, and Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. Beata holds a postgraduate study in Project Management and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as a Master’s degree in Special Pedagogics from Warsaw University.
