Piotr Skibinski has a diverse work experience in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) security. Piotr started their career as a Telecommunication Analyst at Polkomtel in 1996 and later became the Head of ICT Security/Chief ICT Security Officer, responsible for managing the development and operations of large security databases and systems. In 2009, they became the IT Strategy Department Vice-Director for ICT Security, and in 2010, they were promoted to the position of Director for ICT Security. Before joining Polkomtel, Piotr also worked as an IT Specialist at Piast S.A. and as a Unix/Network Administrator at Warsaw Technical University.
Piotr Skibinski attended XXII LO im. Jose Marti from 1985 to 1989 and obtained a degree in Liceum. Piotr then went on to study at Warsaw University of Technology from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a MsC degree in Information Technology / Automatics & Robotics.

Polkomtel Sp. z o.o., while being a long-standing general sponsor of Polish volleyball, caring for both the players’ professional skills as well as the perfect organization of tournaments, has contributed to enormous growth of popularity of volleyball in Poland.
