Customer Success Operations Manager at Poll Everywhere

Chase King has held a variety of roles in the customer success, education and public policy fields. In 2021, they began working at Poll Everywhere as a Customer Success Team Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, they managed and built strong relationships with key higher education and corporate enterprise customers, collaborated with account executives and utilized a consultative approach to help uncover customer objectives and success criteria. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Noyes Elementary School as a Social Studies Teacher, where they developed social studies curriculum for grades 6-8, implemented project-based unit and lesson plans, and prepared students to write a 15-20 page research paper. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Georgetown University School of Nursing & Health Studies as a Program Manager, where they provided administrative, programmatic, marketing and academic advising support for on-campus and online graduate nursing program, analyzed student records, class registration lists, and student transcripts, and verified clearance for graduation for 60+ enrolled scholars. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at University of Southern California as a Program Manager, where they managed the academic and clinical education progress for three cohorts of 20 graduate dental students, planned and implemented 30+ continuing education and orientation workshops, and provided on-site logistical support.

Chase King has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California, obtained between 2004 and 2008, and a Master of Education in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Southern California, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
