Senior Customer Success Manager at Poll Everywhere

Renae Lewis has been in the customer service and behavioral health industries since 2013. Renae began their career as a Behavioral Health Technician at Southwest Behavioral Health Services in 2013, where they managed a caseload of 15 clients and mentored and facilitated activities for over 100 different clients. In 2014, Renae moved to Yelp as an Account Manager, where they maintained a book of 600+ local accounts while focusing on revenue retention and generation. In 2016, they joined Classy.org as a Customer Success Manager II, and in 2020, they became a Senior Customer Success Manager at Poll Everywhere.

Renae Lewis obtained a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Cincinnati in 2012 and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego between 2007 and 2010.
