Sophie O'Brien

Sophie O'Brien is the Founder of Pollen Careers, established in January 2023, with a mission to make the entry-level job market more inclusive and equitable by providing personalized support and matching diverse talent with employers. Prior to this, Sophie served as Business Director and Account Director at M.i. Media from April 2016 to November 2022, and held positions as Account Director and Account Manager at Rocket from November 2015 to March 2016. Additional experience includes roles as Media Manager and Senior Planner/Buyer at MediaCom, and Direct Response Analyst at PHD, as well as Senior Television Researcher at K7 Media. Sophie O'Brien earned a 2:1 BSc in Mathematics from Newcastle University from 2006 to 2009 and attended Stockport Grammar School from 1999 to 2006.
