Eric Michel is currently working at Pollinate as a Junior 3D Developer, where they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a 3D Generalist at Pollinate from February 2021. In this role, they were involved in various technical aspects of 3D animation and game production, including rigging 3D character models, using technical tools in software, writing tools in scripting language, animating characters and objects, and solving technical issues that arise during production.

Eric Michel earned an Associate's Degree in General Education from Lane Community College in 2003. Eric then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Oregon, which they completed in 2007. In 2009, Eric pursued a Master's Degree in Teaching from Pacific University. Finally, from 2013 to 2015, they attended the Art Institute of Portland and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Game Art and Design.
