Morgan Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Morgan started their career as an Assistant Director and Production Manager, where they successfully managed and scheduled multiple film productions. They then worked as a Distribution Coordinator for the feature documentary "Valentino the Last Emperor."

Additionally, Morgan served as a Program Coordinator for the New York Film Academy, overseeing the scheduling and hiring of staff, curriculum organization, and administrative tasks for two pop-up film schools. They later worked as a Producer and Project Manager at Sanborn Media Factory, where they excelled in translating client visions and managing budgets and timetables.

Morgan also had a period of travel and volunteer work in Asia, where they backpacked through multiple countries and utilized their digital skills to help an organic farm with social media and outreach.

In 2014, Morgan joined Candy Relics as a Brand Manager, taking responsibility for all digital aspects of the brand, including website development, social media content creation, and event organization.
