Anna Draganova

Anna has 12 years experience providing strategic advice to financial services institutions in the risk and compliance space. Prior to joining Pollination, Anna was a Director at EY’s Financial Services Risk Management practice where she led the delivery of large-scale climate and credit risk transformation projects for banking clients in the UK and EMEIA. Anna was also part of EY’s Sustainable Finance leadership team tasked with the design and roll-out of strategic advisory services to financial institutions in the ESG space. Prior to joining EY’s London based Credit Risk team, she worked in the M&A teams in Belgium and Bulgaria where she focused on corporate finance, business valuations and financial due diligence for financial institutions and corporate clients.
