Diego de Sartiges

Diego de Sartiges currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of the Singapore office at Pollination, where responsibilities include leading efforts to assist financial institutions, corporates, and governments in Asia with climate and nature solutions. Previously, Diego held the position of Senior Vice President in Emerging Business Development at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), focusing on the green and ESG innovation agenda. Prior experience includes a Partner role at The Boston Consulting Group, where there was a strong emphasis on building transformational digital and fintech businesses, and a Senior Associate Consultant position at L.E.K. Consulting, working on strategy and business development in renewable energy and other sectors. Diego's career began at Lazard as a Private Equity Analyst and at Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Analyst. Academic credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and advanced degrees in finance and management from ESSEC Business School and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, among others.
