Johannes Lohmann

Johannes brings a combination of global advisory and investment experience on climate, social impact, and innovation across the public, social, and private sectors. Prior to Pollination, Johannes worked as Head of Work and Financial Behaviour at the Behavioural Insights Team, advising public and private sector partners on topics such as green jobs and sustainable pensions. Previously, Johannes was the CFO of Instiglio, which creates innovative financing mechanisms for social impact. He also worked on energy and agribusiness investments for the World Bank’s investment arm, and on industrial corporate finance for Deutsche Bank in New York. Johannes has also advised climate-tech and nature start-ups such as Future Cleantech Architects and Earthacre. Johannes holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School, where he was a Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership.
