Oscar Castellas-Cartwright is an Associate in the Melbourne office. Prior to joining Pollination, Oscar was a Senior Analyst in Deloitte Melbourne’s Sustainability and Change advisory practice, supporting their clients with decarbonisation solutions, climate risk advice, and ESG strategic development. He also has experience in carbon market research and analysis through the completion of an internship with the Carbon Market Institute. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Business, specialising in Economics and Finance at Monash University.
