Gustavo Cividini began their career as Estagiário at Senai SC, organizing and preparing activities for Robotics, Industrial Networks, Industrial Automation, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic labs. Gustavo then joined Pollux, Part of Accenture, where Gustavo currently holds various managerial roles such as Robotics Manager, Project Manager, Service Manager, Desenvolvimento de Negócios - Robótica Colaborativa, Analista de Automação Industrial, and Técnico de aplicação, overseeing national and international projects and creating new teams to meet the increasing project demands.
