Jeremiah Miner

Jeremiah Miner has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Jeremiah is currently working as the Manager of Learning Design & Innovation at Polly. Prior to this, they worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Salt Lake City Corporation from February 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Instructional Designer at Grand Rounds from November 2018 to January 2020. Jeremiah also worked at Cox Automotive Inc., where they held various roles including Senior Instructional Designer, Learning Partner, and Learning Specialist from November 2013 to November 2018. Jeremiah was also a Senior Instructional Designer at SolarCity from January 2015 to January 2016. In addition, they worked as a Contract Instructional Designer at TD Ameritrade from April 2013 to October 2013. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Education Officer at Camden National Bank from August 2011 to March 2013. Jeremiah's early work experience includes working as an Instructor at the University of Maine from August 2009 to May 2011.

Jeremiah Miner has a Master of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Maine, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Jeremiah also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Southern Utah University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Jeremiah Miner has obtained various certifications. Jeremiah became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner in March 2021. In December 2017, they obtained a DDI Certified Facilitator certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International. Furthermore, in August 2016, they became a certified trainer for "Influencer" through VitalSmarts. Prior to that, in June 2014, Jeremiah Miner obtained their certification as a trainer for "Crucial Conversations" from the same institution, VitalSmarts.
