Mike Sugg

Mike Sugg has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Mike currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Polly (formerly DealerPolicy), a company they joined in 2019. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Trilogy Education Services, Inc., a Continuing Education Program Manager focused on preparing students for high-growth careers in the Digital Economy. Before joining Trilogy, Mike spent seven years at Cox Enterprises as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for North America, where they led the hiring process for all Cox Automotive brands. Mike also served as the Director of Recruiting at Blackbaud, a nonprofit software and services provider, and as the Recruiting Leader at IDX Systems Corporation. Mike's early experience includes founding a recruiting agency called Profound Search, focusing on technology, healthcare, and executive search. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated the ability to lead teams and scale recruitment efforts in various industries and organizations.
