Ken Spiller

Ken Spiller is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Sr. People and Talent Generalist at Polly since December 2021, where responsibilities include scaling the organization from 60 to 120 employees and enhancing the recruiting and onboarding process through various tools. Prior positions include roles at WiredPeople, Inc. as People and Talent Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, and a Human Resources Coordinator role. Ken has also gained valuable experience through internships at JETZY, City of College Station, Texas A&M University, and The Woodhouse Day Spa, as well as serving as a Reservist in the United States Air Force. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University.
