Murtuza (Habi) Habibulla is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as Head of Customer Success & Account Management at Polly since April 2025. Previously, Murtuza held the position of VP of Customer & Partner Success Management at Sagent Lending Technologies, where focus was placed on building and scaling a high-performing customer success team while driving revenue retention, adoption, and value creation. Murtuza's extensive experience also includes roles such as Sr. Director of Customer Success & Implementations at Roostify, Owner at Vibrant Holdings LLC, and various influential positions at Retail Solutions Inc., including Vice President of Retail Channels. Murtuza began a career in supply chain management at Agilent Technologies and holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth University College of Engineering, Pune.
