Yael Dahan

Head of Customer Success & Account Management at HeyTeam

Yael Dahan has held a variety of roles in the corporate world since 2009. In 2009, they were a Banking Project Manager at LCL. In 2010, they were a Business Developer at Or Consulting, helping Israeli companies develop their business in the European market. In 2011, they were a Business Development & Partnership at Cap Enseignement Supérieur, and a Space Monitoring & Merchandising Data Analyst at Louis Vuitton. In 2012, they were a Media Management Analyst at Accenture. In 2013, they became the Co-founder and CEO of Reporters le Jeu. In 2017, they became a Key Account Manager at Coorpacademy. Finally, in 2020, they became the Head of Customer Success & Account Management at HeyTeam, creating the Customer Success team from scratch. Yael now manages a team of five people, including Customer Success Managers and Account Managers.

Yael Dahan attended Buffon High School from 2001 to 2007. Yael then pursued an Intense course preparation for competitive exams to enter business schools at Janson de Sailly from 2007 to 2009. In 2013, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison Wisconsin School of Business for a Business program. Finally, they completed their Master in Management from ESCP Business School in 2014.
