Susan Irving

Susan Irving is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in product management and development. Currently at Polly since January 2025, Susan previously served as Group Product Manager at Extole from July 2019 to January 2025, overseeing a successful B2B martech SaaS platform that supported numerous acquisition and retention campaigns. Responsibilities included managing a team of Product professionals and leading cross-functional Agile teams. Earlier roles at Extole and Crowdpac involved end-to-end product development, innovative design management, and enhanced customer experiences. Susan began a career at Hillstone Networks, Inc. as a Bilingual Marketing Intern. Educational backgrounds include a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Spanish from Santa Clara University and international studies in Commercial Engineering from Universidad Alberto Hurtado.
