Charles Fagan

Charles Fagan is Chief of Staff to Ralph Lauren. In addition, as the Head of Hospitality, Architecture and Design, he leads and directs the current operations and explores additional opportunities for growth and expansion of our hospitality group, while also providing leadership and direction to our architecture and design efforts, including Ralph Lauren’s store design; decorative, apparel and Home showrooms; and special events. Charles joined the Company in 1986.
