David Lauren

As Chief Innovation Officer, David Lauren is responsible for overseeing the Company’s innovation processes and capabilities to drive the Company’s brand strength and financial performance across all channels. As Strategic Advisor, he surfaces opportunities in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team and supports solutions to challenges across the Company. He also acts as a spokesperson and brand ambassador for the Company, and works closely with consumer marketing and on brand communications. In his work with the Ralph Lauren Foundation, Mr. Lauren is working to strategically expand the Foundation’s reach and recognition as part of the Company’s overall Corporate Responsibility strategy. He became a member of the Board of Directors in August 2013 and was named Vice Chairman of the Board in 2016. Mr. Lauren joined the Company in 2000.
