Dylan Aleshin

Dylan Aleshin is a seasoned designer specializing in product design and development across various sectors, currently serving as a Senior Designer for RL Home & Hard Goods at Ralph Lauren since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Designer at West Elm, focusing on decorative accessories and hard goods, and working with Target for the Hearth and Hand by Magnolia Partnership. Dylan also has a rich background in set decoration and design for film and commercial productions, alongside experience as a Design Consultant and Design Manager at leading interior design firms. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts and another BFA in Furniture Design from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
