Flora Campbell

Flora Campbell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in merchandising and buying within the apparel industry. Currently, Flora serves as the Executive Sponsor for the RL Black Advisory Council and Head of Buying & Merchandise Planning for the Lauren Brand at Ralph Lauren since December 2010. In previous roles, Flora held the position of Vice President of Buying focused on Women's Apparel & Accessories, and served as Senior Director of Merchandising for Women's Apparel. Flora is a member of Chief, a network supporting women leaders in executive roles, and previously worked as a merchandiser at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP and Ann Taylor LOFT, managing significant business segments. Flora holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Michigan.
