Karina Michele Rios has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the General Manager at Ralph Lauren since September 2019. Prior to this role, Rios worked at Charlotte Russe for twelve years, where responsibilities included Southeast Region New Store Project Manager, overseeing new store openings and staff training, as well as serving in various managerial roles such as Store Manager, Visual District Director of Results, District Training Manager, and Loss Prevention District Director of Results. Rios also held the position of Store Manager at BCBG Max Rave and began a career as an Assistant Manager at ClothesTime.
