Nicole Gitto possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of People & Development and Corporate Facilities at Ralph Lauren since March 2007. Previously, Nicole held multiple senior roles within Ralph Lauren, including Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management, Benefits, and Mobility, and Vice President of People & Development. Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, Nicole worked at Polo Ralph Lauren/Club Monaco as Sr. Manager/HR Generalist and at Marc Ecko Enterprises as HR Coordinator. Nicole began the career as an Account Representative at Scott Kay, Inc. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Development and Marketing from West Virginia University.
