Daniel Skeggs

Daniel Skeggs has held various roles in the field of information security and cybersecurity. Daniel is the Co-Founder/CEO of Asset Curve since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director UK & EU at Polonious Systems from 2017 until present. In addition, they have served as a Board Member at TheCyberFish Cyberpsychology Solutions since 2020. Daniel was also the Chief Operations Officer at The Security Consultancy in 2020. Before that, they worked as an Information Security Advisor (Interim) at Springbok AI in 2020 and as an Information Security Architect (Interim) at Bupa from 2019 to 2020. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Director of ELKD CONSULTING LIMITED. Daniel has also worked as an Information Security Consultant (Security Transformation Programme) at dunnhumby from 2018 to 2019, and at Bupa from 2018 to 2018. Daniel started their career as an Information Protection Manager (Contract) at Burberry from 2017 to 2018.

Daniel Skeggs has a solid educational background in information security and risk. Daniel obtained their Master's Degree in Information Security and Risk from City University London from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a BA (Hons) degree in Leisure and Tourism Management from the University of Hull from 1999 to 2001, and an HND degree in the same field from the University of Plymouth from 1997 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel has also earned several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills in information security. Daniel obtained the ISO 27001 Lead Implementer - Information Security Certification from The Knowledge Academy in August 2020, and completed the Amazon Web Services: Enterprise Security certification through LinkedIn in April 2020.

Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA in December 2016.
