Julia Mielcarz

Julia Mielcarz is an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Karolinska Institutet, involved in prostate cancer projects utilizing artificial intelligence. As the Synapse Manager for NeurotechEU and Communications Manager for the Polonium Foundation, Julia organizes events and facilitates international collaborations to promote research networks. Previous experience includes roles as Public Relations Manager for Studenter i Forskning in Stockholm and internships at the University of Oxford and SciLifeLab, focusing on macrophage roles in cardiac regeneration and bioengineering microfluidic devices. Julia is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine at Karolinska Institutet, alongside studies in Python and R programming.
