Snigdha Dwivedy

Snigdha Dwivedy has work experience in the field of Human Resources. Snigdha started their career as a Human Resources Intern at ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited in August 2021, where they gained practical knowledge in the HR field. Later, they joined Polosoft Technologies as a Junior HR Executive in July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for screening incoming resumes and application forms, managing candidates throughout the hiring process, and scheduling interviews. In January 2023, Snigdha was promoted to the position of Human Resources Executive at Polosoft Technologies. In this role, they further expanded their responsibilities to include understanding job requirements, preparing job descriptions, advertising job openings, and sourcing candidates from various online channels. Snigdha also engaged in cold-calling candidates and scheduling interviews for vacant positions.

Snigdha Dwivedy pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in HR and Marketing from the United School of Business Management (USBM), located in Bhubaneswar. This academic journey took place from 2020 to 2022.
